Need help for HTC Mobile phone?

i use my phone on my office n home pc to keep my contact safe, but everytime i format my any of the pc its ask me to delete one of the profile to can get new connection & when i delete a profile i loose my contact from mobile phone, so can anyone give me solution on this how can i keep my contact still safe in mobile n i dnt have to re-add again,
