God I know these questions suck but it's driving me mad. The facts:
--It's got a woman's voice, but in the part of it I remember, she's making little sounds effects, no words
--It's got some kind of bell or xylophone or something making the main body of the song, and the tone steadily gets lower and repeats itself from a high note to a low note--da DA, da duh da, duh da duh, duh da duh lol
--I expect it to be pretty old, and it sounds a bit like Jenny's piano song in "Oliver and Company."
That's all I got. Please help me
