I'm trying to put together some reasons why people should choose continuing education, like average pay increase after professional development certificates, the value of lifelong learning, ie happiness levels, monetary value (pertaining to pay increase), etc...
Also, how much money on average companies invest in lifelong/continuing education per year. Any numerical information that someone can give me would be greatly appreciated.
