It starts out with ocean sounds and a female saying, "Welcome to the beach" or "Come to the beach", then gets into the song. A former co-worker of mine recorded it for me about 5 years ago and I lost it. 
Any help would be appreciated.
BQ: Also looking for any techno like songs that sample the Knight Rider theme song (the 80's show with Hasselhoff). I know there is one by Punjabi MC (?), but I think I've heard others. Thanks
