today there are conversion kits available at best buy stores for one and i'm sure other electronic retailers. pick the exact model stereo you want and buy a install kit.simple to install if you have patience and slight hand skills
 
Hopefully something I can purchase online for under $150. No CD Players, only Cassette or iPod/MP3 compatible. Also how much does it cost to have a stereo installed into the vehicle? Thanks again.
