I'm looking to buy a "newer" used car with preferably less than 70,000 miles, but am having trouble deciding which would be the best one. I am a college student, so good mpgs would be a plus. I also need something that will be decent in snow, because we have some pretty harsh winters here in WI. I want something that is somewhat fast, looks good, and is kind of sporty. My budget is around 10-13 thousand.
