Need help deciding...phones/plans?

Currently with Nextel and just got out of contract and for some reason the last 3-4 months we (my wife and I) have noticed A LOT of dropped calls or Direct Connect not...connected. So we are wanting to switch carriers and new phones. We have a little one (child) and with my work schedule I'm not home enough and I'd like to try to be able to recieve video's...if possible. Any help would be appreciated.

-Camera Phone
-Qwerty

HER:
-flip phone (durable)
-Camera/Video
 
Hmmm... Well do you have any ideas of to who you want to go with? Sprint it pretty good, but a lil expensive. Verizon, its kinda the same. Cingular, its alright but they try to hard to make their phones look cool. tmobile, its half and half. I'd try sprint/verizon first. Then tmobile, then cingular.
