need help creating an exercise routine?

ok so im 18, female, im 5 feet 0 in. and i weigh 110lbs. i dont consider myself over weight at all, but for my height, i could tone up my body a bit and if i lose a few lbs in the process i wouldnt be objected to it. as long as i DO NOT lose more than 10lbs. ( 10lbs is my limit) i mainly just want/ need a daily and weekly work out plan. excersises ( in detail) for toning abs, arms, legs ( calves/ thighs, inner thighs) chest ( anything that can help firm my breasts a bit) etc. please list everything in detail and daily and weekly.
