If my parents were never married and my father is deceased, how do I answer "Month and year your parents were married, separated, divorced, or widowed" and any questions concerning my father? Even if I had his social security number, I wouldn't want to put down his information because I'd have to answer all questions for "Father/Stepfather"
And one last question, is "N/A" the appropriate answer for a SINGLE person when it asks "How much did your spouse earn from working (wages, salaries, tips, combat pay, etc.) in 2007?" or Am I supposed to put "0.00" ?

For the first part, I believe you put down the month and date of your father's death. You won't need his social security number, since you have indicated that your parents aren't together.

For the other question, you always put numbers, so if the answer is nothing, put "0."
