When i open up the song on itunes or windows media player.
on itunes it shows it there. it doesnt show its corrupted. but it just doenst play. i click play and it has it playing because the pause button shows up the but the time scroll doesnt scroll and keeps the time at 0
with windows media player i try opening a song and it says (with a pop up)
"Windows Media Player cannot access the file. The file might be in use, you might not have access to the computer where the file is stored, or your proxy settings might not be correct."
i need help please! idk if i changed something under the computer controls system or what i did . but please any suggestions?
(i know my sound works because i can play stuff off youtube and pandora. i also have windows vista if that matters. my computer is about a year and half old.)
