I am considering buying a Blackberry Torch with a pay as you go plan. Could you please answer the following questions?

1. How much would it cost?

2. Where can I buy it?

3. Does it come with internet browsing?

4. Which cell phone carrier do you recommend? (I'm thinking either AT&T or Verizon)
