Need help building my website!! html where! ftp which ones? nic server?

I already have my url, and the "host"...i bought it through nic,

There is where i got lost! i dont know how to use nic.com server, it has the host section and thats all i know, i already read the tutorial but i dont get it, where am i suppoused to put the htm codes??

is there an easy way? is there a friendly easy to use ftp??
