I have had back troubles now for going on 3 yrs.
I am at my 3rd doctor, 2 pain clinic, going on my 2 round of back injections, and not much showing up on MRI.
The doctors are saying they think it's sacroiliatic syndrome/dysfunction.
On my 2nd injection at the new pain clinic, he added a 3 nurabing injection to help relieve the pain. It hurt REAL BAD that day, felt better when I woke up, but pain is right back.
Any advice? It's so frustrating!

I wish i had some advice for you but i myself have just started in the long journey of back pain and doctors. I wish you well.

Hi there, I have suffered chronic back pain for the last 10-15 yrs; much f.rom past injuries that have had no surgery. I can tell you I personally replaced heavy pain meRAB with therapeutic magnets. But i have also used refrigerator and car magnets which similar relief. I wear them to bed and I slip them into my belt line and wear them all day and get a lot relief from this. I also replaced my prescription sleep meRAB with 5HTP and melatonin. I am now pain free from restless leg syndrome 7 days after starting alpha lipoic acid. this is an amino acid you find at the health food store. I take 2 a day and have been RLS free for over a month now. Hope this helps. Hang in there. I feel like i got most of my life back with these few changes and of course walking each day and stretching has helped. I hate it, but it helps. Swimming also gave me relief from back pain. Take Care.

hi, just posted this to another back sufferer; Have you tried therapeutic magnets? I was at my witts end and was willing to try anything and still use magnets-even car and refrigerator magnets worked for me. I sleep with them on, I wear them inside my belt line in my pants, next to my skin and get a lot of relief.
