Need good promo ideas/gimmicks for sports bar and restaurant?

Looking for a good idea to draw in a crowd. We have tried a guitar hero night need a new idea
 
I really think crowds are drawn in by food specials. There is a casino about three hours away from where I live, and yet people flock from all over for there evening food specials because they are such an insanely good deal. Their food ranges from about 12-20 for a meal, but the special is 7.99 and each day it varies from chicken and ribs with baked potato and corn on the cob to bangers and mash.
 
Our local bar always has a welcome spring bash!! Everyone dresses in there summer clothes and they serve fruity drinks and jello shots! After a cold long winter everyone comes out for this!
Also, they host euchre tournaments on sunday to draw people in.
