Yes, it's true, 100%! @MickeyMouse unlock it now in Vietnam! And i also heard that it can unlock by flashing an English flashfile!

i got a 706sc but the 9999 for the phone code doesnt work. i got the unit from HK. anyone knows how i can get the phone password?

the password is 000000... you cannot change it i guess..
