need financial aid with blinn or tyler Junior college they both have dorms?

i wanted to know does financial aid cover housing at those schools because i look on the web sites and can not find anything about it only the prices and i can afford it and my mom is on disability and i can afford that and i from houston texas but i moved to san diego in 10th grade with family while my mom was going through some things so i graduated there will that affect the prices or anything but im back to houston
