I'm currently 110 lbs, 5'4. I've lost 25 lbs in the last month and a half but Im having a hard time getting the rest off. I would really appreciate any exercise or diet tips but I cant do some exercises (currently have a broken arm) but I can run and do ab workouts just fine!! I eat about 600 calories per day but my stupid arm is holding me back from exercising fully. grr
*I know I already asked this question but I got like 2 answers... don't say I'm at a perfect weight because I am not! I NEED to lose 10-20 more ,that would be perfect!! I'm so depressed because I feel and look so fat! Thanks
