need consulting about finding my lost bike please answer ASAP?

so me and my dad hung my bike at the roof of my garage k and its not a closed garage its only a gate then its where you park the car so someone just stole it must be near our place but how do i find it see where in the Philippines and you know there are many bad people in the world so how do i inform people i don't even have a picture of it do i tell the barangay hall or the community hall or center for people out of the phils. so how do i tell people? help seriously i love that bike and dont tell me to but a new one i really loved that bike so ites very personal
