Need car help?!Emergency!?

I have a 2008 Honda Accord and it is making a high screeching noise from the engine area! I need to leave early in the morning for a 4 hour drive...am i going to be able to make this drive without problems??what is the noise? what do i need to do to fix it?? is it very detrimental to the car?
 
you could have a pulley locked up, and it could make your belt screach but if that is what it is then it will probably snap your belt, then you will have bigger problems, if the belt breaks do not drive it, your engine will get hot.
