I was laid off the day that I found out that I was pregnant. The only job that I could find pays me half of what I was being paid from my previous job. I am teetering on loosing my house. Not only was the only job paying me half of what I was making before, but it is also a physical labor job where my Supervisor kept telling me that maybe working for Coca Cola isn't going to be good for my health and that I should consider finding a new job. I am sick and tired of this country not taking care of it's own born. If I was an immigrant or black/yellow/brown/native the federal government would help me out, but since I am WHITE i get nothing. I am sick and tired of being discriminated against because I am not considered a minority.. even though where ever I go, I am (by definition) a minority.
