I work in the Sports Retail business. This small retail shop has been running for 3 years. So it's a new business. At first, customers were coming on a daily basis during our first 2 years. We have about more than 100 regular customers until now. However, for the last few weeks our shop is not selling as many as we did (at the bottom of the chart). We have a website for customers to see our products. We also have a facebook account to update our customers with news and new products. I need to know what we can do to increase our sales. Any advice?
