a killer monkey guards a the only mango fruit ..you are standing at the bottom of the tree,,how do you get the fruit ,,,now you can not use a pole..you can not harm the monkey in any way,,no tranquilizing the monkey..and you can not throw anything at the fruit..how do you get the fruit....

you use the pole to knock the fruit out of the tree. and this wouldn't be considered throwing something at it.
