Need an inexpensive phone with Bluetooth

So my girlfriend's brother needs a phone, he is going to be on our family plan and so he won't be getting a new phone for free, but the phone should have Bluetooth for contacts syncing as well as decent reception, build quality etc. I'd give him my old T637 but its been acting up and he might be better off with a newer phone.

Any recommendations? We're on T-Mobile and if it lacks 850, that's fine.

Try getting a simple nokia or motorola phone.
