Ok I've been looking everywhere. I need an html form code that allows the user to input a name and password, but the password is not in letters but bullets, and allows them to select from a drop down menu and write comments in a box. Then all this information is sent to a specified email, without an email client popping up. Does anyone know where I can find one?
