Need an asap!!! Does anyone know how to change a photo size so that it measures 5"×3.5"?
Everytime I take photos out to be printed, the shop people point out that it's not standard sized (in my country). I've tried adjusting it in the camera itself but I can't. apparently the only way is to change the pixels of the heigh and width, but I don't know how! Plus, I don't have photoshop so editing is a long, hard process on Windows Live Photo Gallery.
