Need an 8 Megapixel camera mobile!?

Hi Folks,
I'm looking for some good 8 megapixel camera Android mobile,
first thing it should have 8 or above MP camera and Android OS,
Internet speed also should be more, could any one suggest me
a good mobile as I asked????
Note: The cost should be with 15k
