I am working on computer more than 8 Hours a day, lately i start getting a horrible headache and draining eyes that hurt me so bad, this is very disturbing me as i must rest a lot and can't be more productive, i don't like getting medicine, i prefer supplement, and after doing some research there is like too many type of supplement that claimed good which i can't decide anymore ( omega 3, B-complex, zinc... etc )
if you have some experience like this please let me know what type of supplement that is good and proven helping you more productive
