need advice w810 + 120 cash for n73????

I have a chance to get the n73 for the w810 with 1 gb card and 120 cash, is it worth the swap, i love my w810 but i hear so much about the n73 can u guys help me decide.

The price fairness is right. Is it a used N73? I like my small SE phone so I personally wouldn't do it. S60 is good and is my second favorite UI, but I like SE too much.

Both are used he is getting 3 128 mb cards plus the 1gb card all the accessories from the w810 cingular branded, and a clear hard plastic case.
