Need advice on how to lure unsuspecting women to my car?

I am looking for ideas on how to lure unsuspecting woman into my vehicle, i was thinking about asking for help carrying something n a dark parking lot but im not sure. any good ideas will help. also, doeas anyone know where i can get a good pair of handcuffs that wont break easily or come open without the key?
