My wife is having problems with her ex-husband regarding the children and her. He wants nothing more then to see her suffer and take as much money from her as he can. He isn't abiding by the divorce decree. He doesn't involve her in decisions regarding the children, he goes out of town and has a nanny watch them rather then having them stay with their mother. He makes 12k a month and she barely makes $1200. He knows she can't afford an attorney and continues to make her life a living hell. What are we to do? Is our only choice to spend thousands to take him to court every time he doesn't follow the divorce decree? We are in Oregon. Any help or advice? We recently had a attorney handle the child support guidelines and it cost her $300 just for the attorney consultation and a few phone calls, and the attorney didn't resolve anything, it's ridiculous.
