I need advice on car stereos. Most of the ones I've seen online rely heavily on iPod support. I'm wondering if there is an MP3 / flash drive supportive stereo out there that will let you sort through folder with mp3s in them like you would with an iPod.
I was looking at this:

It seems like a really nice unit until you plug a Flash Drive into it and it doesn't sort them at all...
Does anyone know of a good unit that will allow you to organize and sort MP3s / digital media?
