My son is 2. He is 40lbs and 37 inches (yes, he is going to be a little linebacker)
Problem is, he has a verrrry long torso and short legs. We currently have him in a Britax Marathon and even though he is still in the right height and weight parameters he has outgrown it due to the long torso. It is on the top notch and digs into his shoulders and neck and all I hear when we are driving is, "Ouwie, Help Mommy"
He JUST turned two, so it is not like he is about to be three and I know most high backed boosters say they need to be three.
So, WHAT do I do??? Any suggestions?
