...closing.mortgage broker or bank? i am trying to take advantage of the tax stimulus so i would like to buy now. i would like to know which is better, to go thru a bank (and if i have a chance of being approved) or going thru a broker who can offer more options than a single bank. should i try a bank first? also should i have a buyers agent? any help is apprecitated..thanks!
