Need Advice asap
i have been seeing the same pain doc for 10yrs, had fusion surgery in 99 and have not been rite since. last year decided to try pain pump, but b4 i did i had an MRI done to see what was going on with my back because i been getting progressivly worse the past few years. i have 3 bulging discs, spinal stenosis, radiculophy and a pinched nerve somewhere. had the pump implanted and started with fentnyl and ibivacain, helped a lil bit but then was getting itchy all the time and my legs felt like lead. about a month ago i was switched to dilaudid, first pump fill with it i got extreme nausia and had to have it turned down, since then i still get the nausia and not much relief, so 2 weeks ago it was turned up again, the nausia got worse
and some breathing issues arised, i feel tired all the time and get blu more often, i told my doc about it, altho we never discussed changing BT meRAB or stopping them, he decided he wasnt prescribing me any meRAB at all. should i change my pain doc?
