Hey everyone,
About two weeks ago I was sick. It started with a tickle late sunday night, a cough on monday and then by tuesday my sinuses were killing me, especially when I coughed, I had aches and chills and a fever and barely enough energy to get out of bed and go to the bathroom. By friday I felt much better and by the following monday I felt completely fine save for the occasional phlegmmy cough or runny nose. The cough somewhat stuck with me, coming out occasionally for example often when I would laugh. However yesterday and especially today it seemed to be noticably more frequent and even a little tighter than it had been. I should also note that the last three years I have, around this same time, seemed to develop some symptom (last two years it was sore throat, now its a cold) that persists in the spring time but does not effect anything else. I am also an otherwise healthy 19 year old male, rarely get sick, but attend college in western new york. any ideas/advice? allergies? your help is requested and greatly appreciated.
