Need Adobe Flash 10 For iPod Touch !!!!!!!!!!!!?

I have a 2nd generation iPod touch, so I got to the place where to download Flash, but when i try to download it it says "Safari cannot download this file" What can i do? I need to download Flash , is their some setting i can tur n off so that i can download Flash
