Need a Verizon Flip w/ external display

Hey all. My contract comes up soon and I'm looking for a new phone. My only real requirements are that it be a Verizon flip phone with an external display. I would like bluetooth, camera, mp3, and other features, but they are all extras. I am looking at the E815, CDM 8940, Razr, a950, and the 9800. Please help me rule out one or more of these phones, or point me in the direction of a better phone. My last phone was an Audiovox CDM 8900, which I loved because you could modify it with a data cable, and it was very durable (it went through a full wash cycle and it still works). I will have a $100 new every 2 credit, and I would like to keep the cost at a maximum of around $200 including accessories like a bluetooth headset or memory card. That could be any combination of phone and accessories for $200. Any thoughts? I'm also considering the new blackberry that isn't a flip phone.

The E815 is very hackable. Lots of good info in the Verizon -> Motorola forum on what you can do.

The Razr would be a choice of style over substance.

The 9800 is way cool. I switched to it because I wanted the keyboard. The E815 (and all moto phones) use iTap which doesn't work with Mobile Web 2.0. I also didn't like it for texting. The 9800 is not as hackable, but that was not a big deal to me.
