Need a solution

Hey Guys I need your help

I am 25yrs old. weight : 67kgs and height : 5'7

I am worried about my height. I know I can still increase it by 2 inches as when it was my puberity age I never concentrated on it. Also my parents have good height so I think its just because I didnt concentrated during my age. But if I pay more attention now than I think I can increase by 2-3 inches

I have started yoga, streching and massage everyday. I am eating all green vegetables, drinking milk as well as taking a very good sleep

Only problem now is eating all these things is increasing my weight and stomach and making me appear even smaller. I am eating all these things to make sure my body gets enough nutrients to grow but all these nutrients going in wrong way.

So what you suggest. Should I eat less and workout more?

I never played any games or never went to gym so its my strong belief that I still can increase few inches.

Any expierience by any merabers here is appreciated.

At 25 yrs. you are probably as tall as you are going to get. Eating correct fooRAB and concentrating on your height will not cause you to grow in inches. Boys are usually slower growers than girls, but they are also usually done growing by the early twenties.

When your growth plates on your legs and arms are fused, you will not grow any taller. Your doctor should be able to tell you if your growth plates are fused, which I bet they are.
