Need a science fair project that has to do with photography?

Ok, so i'm in honors biology in 9th grade
i want to do a science fair project that has to do with cameras and photography
I'd like it if it was a little challenging, not something a 7th grader could do
because today my teacher told me the project i chose was a 5th grade one. =[
so please, if you have any good ideas, post them here please!

Here's a challenge for you...

Try creating your own film camera and lenses out of plastic, vintage camera parts and other household items. If making a camera is a little tricky for you then just try making your own lenses from plastic and rubber and mount on a 35mm SLR you can buy cheaply on eBay.
