Need a phone with specific specs.

GSM arena doesn't help much when you want to search using criterias other than what they provided.
I am looking for a phone that has following criterias:

(must have)
-Quad-Band GSM
-North American 3G HSPA bands (850/1900)
-Hardware QWERTY
-***Shortcut keys on phone that can be customized to open any installed app (more on this at the very end)
-real multitasker (run several apps at once without turning off any)
-snappy menu. things like SMS/Contacts/Menu/Installed apps must open up near instantly.
-Great battery life

(optional)
-Touch screen
-Very large and beautiful LCD

Now, about shortcut keys.
What I mean is, I need keys on the keyboard that can launch an app regardless what app I am on.
Or if that's not possible, then at least a button that leads to Menu, after which I can launch any app I want.

BlackBerry. It doesn't have the keys on the keyboard, but it has a key on either side that can be set to launch an app.

It hits everything else you need, right now probably the 9700 is your best bet.
