Need a phone with large programmable physical button for an Internet page shortcut

I need to run an Internet page from an easily accessible physical button.

The home button for instance on the Iphone 4 is not programmable any longer.

Do you know any mobile phone, based on any platform, allowing a large button to access an internet page ?

reading the manual on a Nokia 6730, it seems that pressing 0 for a few seconds accesses the Browser default page. Is it possible to change this default page ?
