need a Phone with good reception this time

I have t-mobile in the Philadelphia area and I am about to get a new phone with the service - but this time I want one with the best reception possible on my budget.

other needs are

bluetoothable - to connect to the internet for laptop
camera would be good
phone numbers

mp3 might be fun - but I am assuming that mp3 on the phone is a battery killer and memory eater

Nokia 6620 or 6230b for 850 roaming does all of that and its cheap to get on ebay
