Need a new phone

Hey guys, my friend recently gave me his SH901iC but im kinda bummed out that it won't work with my service. Can anyone recommend me a phone similar to or better than this phone that will work with myAmerican T-Mobile service. And it has to be a phone that can be easily unlocked. What im looking for is:

2+ Megapixel Camera (+Flash)
MP3
Video
Swivel Screen
Removable Memory (Micro SD, Mini SD, SD etc)
Under $200
English Language
Preferrably: Japanese brand
