Need a new PDA Phone

I'm looking to get a new phone to replace my MDA (i'm bored with it and it freezes alot and doesn't always get service)

Currently i'm contemplating between the Treo 680, Treo 750, or Samsung Blackjack

I'm looking for a good small phone with a fully QWERTY keyboard and under ~$500

If you don't like the freeze ups, then you won't like a Palm or WM device.

Symbian and BB OS are both bullet proof.

can you reccommend a good symbian or BB touchscreen phone?

BB doesn't have touchscreen technology. I don't use Symbian OS but I think Nokia PDAs are Symbian based (E 61).

Sounds like you need to do some research as well.
