i need a phone with a few simple requirements but I can't seem to find what I'm looking for -
- no data plan
- 3mp camera or more with flash
that's it! i'm a new customer but i cant find any phone with a decent camera which is not a smartphone! it seems every single smartphone has a data plan requirement of $15 or more
