Need a little feed back in the music business can anyone help?

I have a problem hopefully someone can help me out with this, I am trying to succeed in the music business but i am just starting i want to become a singer and i already bought my self my own little studio with a friend, i am 19 years old and i am trying to make it in urban spanish music, is there anyone that can help me a little to find out what i should do to make it. Any feedback is fine thank you
