Need a gym weight lifting routine?

I need someone to make me a gym workout.routine telling me what muscles I should train on each day.
I can't train legs due to injury.

Atm this is what I was thinking
Day 1 chest tricept abs
Day 2 rest
Day 3 back bicept abs
Day 4 rest
Day 5 shoulders forearms abs
Day 6 rest
Day 7 rest
Then repeat

Or

Day 1 chest forearms and abs
Day 2 rest
Day 3 back shoulder abs
Day 4 rest
Day 5 bicept and tricept abs
Day 6 rest
Day 7 rest
Then repeat

Or does it look like I'm over doing the abs?
 
the first one is better in my opinion, i've tried similar routines, and it worked for me. for abs, yes, i think it's a bit too much, just cancel one abs session, but make the rest high intensity!
i would recommend cancelling day 7, and repeating the cycle right away after day 6 i.e. not having 2 rest days, i don't think you need them.
