I'm looking to more than likely go back to court against my ex to try and get full custody of our son and remove the living restrictions so my son and I can move out of state. When he filed he lived in Plano so the divorce took place in Collin County? Do I need to adjust the decree in Collin County or can I do it in Tarrant County where I reside?
my son is 10 and has said on more than one occasion that he is afraid of his father... my ex isn't the worst case but he is pretty bad...
