Need a distance and sprint workout schedule...?

Can someone help me create a 6 day distance and sprint schedule. My mile is just a tad over 6 minutes and I want to decrease that but I also want some sprint workouts.For example 2 sets of 4 400s minute rest between, 5 minute rest between sets.Could you use that format. I'm 5'9 140 if that helps.
Can you use this format below.

Monday:Sprint Workout
Tuesday:Distance workout
Wednesday:Distance workout
Thursday:Sprint Workout
Friday:Distance Workout
Saturday:Distance Workout

As you can see, I clearly want to work more on distance and improving my mile and 2 mile.

Please help I can't seem to find a suitable schedule.
