Need a decent non-camera phone for Cingular

I am not allowed to have camera phones where I work. Currently I have to leave my phone at home, which I hate, especially when I ride my motorcycle to work.

So I am looking for a new phone. It has to:

* not have a camera.
* have GSM 850

I don't care about form factor too much but I don't want something like a Blackberry or a Treo. I've been using flip phones exclusively for the last several years and like that but I'm not fixed with that form factor.

I've read about there being a dual-band US version of the Motofone but everywhere I look there are only the overseas or tri-band without 850 (the FCC documents list an 850MHz one...).

I don't like the Motorola L2 so that's out as anything but a last resort.

I was leaning toward the Nokia E50 but it seems like there are plenty of odd issues with it and so many different versions that I can't be sure if it'll work for me, but unfortunately that still seems like my best bet.

Anyone have any ideas?

I know you said you didn't want a treo or blackberry, but the only good phones available are smartphones. The thinking is that the only person who wants a phone without a camera are business people, and they want a smartphone. I think the 3125 is available without a camera, it is a small flip phone, eventhough it is a smartphone. It is called the 3125NC (for no camera). sorry I don't have better news for you.

There's a dual-band 850/1900MHz version of the Motofone F3 available in Mexico and Chile, but it isn't yet available in the states. Seems like it should only be a matter of time before one of the online retailers that sells foreign phones starts selling it in the states, though.

Note: others have reported that the tri-band version of the phone that some online retailers are selling is just a misadvertised dual-band 900/1800MHz phone.
